  If you would like a full copy of one of the texts from this site, this page offers various download alternatives

 
  DOC (Word for Windows 95) - These files have a .doc extension and are intended for Microsoft Word, although they can ba opened into other word processing packages.  They are the largest files to download.

PDF (need Adobe Acrobat reader) - These files have a .pdf extension and can be viewed by the Adobe Acrobat viewer.

TXT (plain text without formatting) - These files have a .txt extension and can be opened by any word processing package - even notepad in Windows. They are the smallest files but do not have the formatting of the others. Therefore they do not have bold,italics, pictures or other helpful features. They are provided in case of unstable internet connections.
